Bond Turner, a leading law firm with offices in Liverpool and Bolton, is recruiting a Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant for our Court team in Liverpool. You will manage a mixed caseload, review files for settlement prospects, and progress cases toward issue.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Strong legal knowledge with CPR familiarity.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Highly organized with confident verbal communication.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a mixed caseload of injury and non-injury claims.
• Review files to determine settlement prospects or readiness for issue.
• Advise on the merits of personal injury and credit hire claims.
• Provide clear updates to clients and work to targets.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle of each file.
• Apply CPR knowledge to ensure correct case handling.
