We are seeking a Credit Hire Paralegal to manage a caseload of pre-litigation credit hire files, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and cycle times. The role involves reviewing files, formulating strategies, initiating early telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organisations and Third Party Solicitors, and liaising with insurers as necessary.
This position is suitable for experienced Paralegals or individuals with experience in the Credit Hire sector, including those working within insurance companies.
