We are seeking a warm and enthusiasticPre-Kindergarten teacherto join our dynamic early childhood team.

At CRS, we believe in nurturing young learners through joyful, play-based exploration, meaningful relationships, and developmentally responsive teaching. Our PreK program emphasizes social-emotional learning, creativity, and foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead engaging, play-based lessons across all areas of early childhood learning

  • Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment

  • Foster strong relationships with families through consistent, caring communication

  • Participate fully in school life (faculty meetings, recess duty, carpool, committees, etc.)

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure inclusive, responsive, and mission-aligned teachin

Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching in a PreK or early childhood classroom

  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning frameworks

  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and honoring diverse identities

  • Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
