Sharp Consultancy invites a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join a first-class mid-market private equity investor in Manchester. The role centers on pre-investment financial due diligence and analysis to support investment decisions and committee papers.

You will also assist the portfolio team with exit readiness for investee companies and ensure adherence to high professional standards throughout the process.

Formación

• ACA/CA qualification required.
• Up-to-date financial due diligence experience in practice or PE.
• Experience in private equity or professional practice preferred.

This role is focused on performing pre-investment financial due diligence and analysis. You will be helping the investment team with sound investment decision making and supporting information for investment committee papers – and also the portfolio team with investee companies exit readiness.

To be considered you will need to be a qualified chartered accountant, whether ACA or CA – ie ICAEW or ICAS and have up to date financial due diligence experience from with professional practice.
