Make every drop of your potential count! Join Anglian Water’s Development Services team and play an important role in enabling sustainable growth across one of the UK’s fastest developing regions.

Based within our Planning & Capacity team, this role sits at the point where development, infrastructure and environmental responsibility come together. Using network data, operational insight and technical assessment, you’ll help identify potential constraints, risks and opportunities early, supporting customers to understand where capacity exists, where further investigation may be required, and what sustainable options could be explored.

This is a varied role combining technical analysis, collaboration and customer engagement. You’ll manage a range of developer enquiries, from smaller or more straightforward sites through to supporting more complex schemes alongside experienced colleagues.

  • Contribute to planning responses that support housing growth and network resilience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across planning, operations and delivery teams
