You’ll help guide how new housing, commercial and industrial developments can be brought forward in a way that protects our networks, supports customers and delivers long-term resilience. This is a chance to work on growth that genuinely shapes communities across the region, while influencing how development happens in a way that is sustainable, practical and environmentally responsible You’ll be part of a team responsible for delivering our pre-planning service to developer customers, assessing proposed developments and helping customers understand how their plans interact with our water and wastewater networks. Using operational data, network intelligence and technical assessment, you’ll identify constraints, risks and opportunities early, helping customers understand where capacity exists, where reinforcement may be needed, and what sustainable options should be considered. This is a varied role that combines technical analysis, customer engagement and commercial awareness.
