Job Description:

The Consultancy Group has partnered with a female-founded M&A Deal Advisory firm that is expanding its high-impact Pre-deal Financial Due Diligence team. The role involves working in a high-volume M&A team with Private Equity & Corporate clients on complex transactions from both Buy & Sell sides.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with reliable financial insights to support accurate forecasting and valuation.
  • Assess transaction parameters to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Evaluate separation and integration challenges and their impact on financial outcomes.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify core value drivers and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Identify potential synergies and risks in transactions.

Key requirements:

  • Big 4 Audit background required.
  • Understanding of deal fundamentals (e.g., Quality of Earnings, Net Debt, Net Working Capital).
  • Advanced Excel skills, preferably with data analytics software (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI).
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder influence ability.
  • Interest in M&A/Transactions and ability to discuss in detail.
