What we're looking for

We are looking for an individual to provide administration support against defined procedures with some discretion over priorities of workload. The person will undertake a range of administrative activities and resolve queries for internal/external clients with a type approval focus. The job is a maternity cover (for 6 months).

The role

  • Support Pre-Contract team to the meet the business objectives and KPI's for the Global TSO.
  • Prioritise and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Data filing/entry in accordance with defined procedures.
  • Deal with complex queries and build relationships with internal/external clients, as appropriate.
  • To coach other team members, as appropriate, to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
  • Conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints.
  • Book jobs into job management system.
  • Provide general administration support
  • Create Contract Generation for clients and internal colleague
  • Support in mailbox categorization and distribution of tasks

What you bring

  • Experience in administration, contract creation and time approval jobs
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word & Outlook (as a minimum)
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
  • Knowledge of TSO
  • Proficiency in the English Language commensurate with the work
  • SAP knowledge in particular Business by Design; advantageous.
  • Understanding of in-service jobs product type
