Role: Pre Construction Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with operational management on Contract and Commercial issues
  • Maintaining financial control systems and reporting monthly on Cost/Value Reconciliation
  • Advising on financial aspects of contracts and ensuring timely payments
  • Monitoring site progress and issuing notices per contract procedures
  • Preparing forecasts and budgets for costs and values
  • Vetting quotations and ensuring competitive bids
  • Holding meetings to agree variations early
  • Managing subcontractor accounts effectively
  • Assisting in securing labor, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Quality policies
About you

Qualified with experience in managing budgets and delivering high-standard services in construction. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability are essential.
