Location: Port Talbot

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Great Benefits

This company is a leading off-site construction company that has established a great reputation in the UK and consistently creates high-quality modular buildings. They predominantly work within healthcare and education, as well as other sectors. Due to their large order book and expansion, they are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Pre-Construction Project Manager to join the team.

In this role, reporting to the Pre-Construction and Technical Directors, your main task will be to lead multiple projects from bid stage through to the construction phase. You will work closely with and manage the design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

The Role:

1. Lead and manage the pre-construction project programme
2. Prepare and review commercial aspects of projects
3. Ensure timely delivery
4. Lead and manage handover meetings with delivery teams
5. Carry out other project management duties and activities
6. Influence design solutions

The Person:

1. Experience in Pre-Construction
2. Commercial construction background (project or design)
3. Good understanding of construction
4. Strong leadership skills and highly driven to succeed and make a difference
5. Good understanding of JCT and NEC building contracts
