What will you be doing?

• Lead tender planning and programming activities within the pre-construction team
• Collaborate with estimators and the wider bid team to develop cost and work breakdown structures
• Present programmes at tender settlement meetings
• Liaise with Preconstruction, Project Teams, Clients, and Supply Chain
• Track tender vs. actual project performance
• Support the delivery of 4-6 tenders per month with a target 1-in-4 win rate

Where will you be doing it?

Our client is a well-established Civil Engineering firm in the North West, specializing in delivering infrastructure projects.

What you'll need:

• Relevant degree or qualification
• Industry background and experience working as a Pre-Construction Planner
• Knowledge of highway & structure projects
• Experience using ASTA, P6, and MSP
• Understanding NEC 3 & NEC 4 Contracts
• Civil Engineering background
