We are looking for a motivated Pre-Construction Planner to join our preconstruction team, supporting the development of competitive, deliverable programmes across major bids and tenders.

This is an office based role in Borehamwood

Reporting to the Senior Pre-Construction Planner, you will help shape the early phases of high-value projects that define our future pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of detailed programmes for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Assist in reviewing tender documents and identifying planning requirements
• Work closely with bid teams to align planning outputs with technical and commercial strategies
• Help convert bid programmes into fully developed construction plans
• Provide planning input for risk reviews, client meetings, and internal discussions
• Maintain planning standards and support continuous improvement across the team

What You Bring:

• A solid understanding of planning principles, with experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Some exposure to pre-construction or site-based planning on complex projects
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow under senior guidance
