Summary
Freedom is currently seeking Pre Construction Managers, ideally with some experience in OHL, POC-Mast, Utilities or electrical infrastructure to lead a team of design engineers on large, multidisciplinary projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful transition from preconstruction to construction, supporting the seamless handover of engineering solutions to the construction phase. The successful candidate will work closely with the design and construction teams, ensuring that designs are practical, cost-effective, and compliant. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to drive project efficiency and delivery. This role may involve managing multiple projects simultaneously and will require occasional travel to offices and sites.
We are seeking individuals with a strong technical background in civil engineering and construction, along with commercial awareness and leadership capability. We actively encourage chartership in engineering, and senior professionals are expected to be chartered or working towards it.
