Your new role

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be primarily involved in the effective management of single and/or multiple projects in the pre-construction stage, with a continued supporting role in project(s) as required by the business. You will liaise with the Pre-Construction Director and the overall team regarding upcoming projects, assisting in overall planning and programme delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in a Pre-construction focused or related role.
• Proficiency in Trimble/Amtech Estimating software.
• Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical installations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.

What you'll get in return

Salary of £60,000 to £72,000 + Car Allowance.
