A leading construction firm is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee tender bids and manage projects within the South West Water Framework. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, establishing budgets, and optimizing project delivery across the Devon & Cornwall region, offering significant training and development opportunities.
Reporting into the Framework Manager, this role will primarily be tasked with leading tender bids on the South West Water Framework, taking responsibility for projects from inception to contract award.
More About It
The Pre-Construction Manager will work closely within the AMP8 client partnership to establish, lead, and deliver the preconstruction programme, ensuring the efficient and prompt delivery of the clean water programme across the Devon & Cornwall region.
You’ll be integral to shaping the programme, establishing budgets, and identifying opportunities to optimise project delivery.
Projects vary in size and complexity but typically involve a high degree of traditional civils with some mechanical and electrical works, ranging from £250k to over £10m.
