Pre-Construction Manager
Reporting into the Framework Manager, this role will primarily be tasked with leading tender bids on the South West Water Framework, taking responsibility for projects from inception to contract award.
More About It
The Pre-Construction Manager will work closely within the AMP8 client partnership to establish, lead, and deliver the pre-construction programme to ensure efficient and prompt delivery of the clean water programme across the Devon & Cornwall region.
You’ll be integral to shaping the programme, establishing budgets, and identifying opportunities to optimise project delivery. Schemes vary in size and complexity, typically involving a high degree of traditional civils with some mechanical and electrical works, ranging from £250k to over £10m.

What we will need from you
At least 5 years of experience in a Pre-Construction or Bid role. Experience working for a major contractor and/or water framework is preferred. A civil engineering qualification (Degree/NVQ) is desirable. You should be personable with excellent communication skills, able to think quickly and adapt to situations.
