Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with Estimation Managers and Pre-Construction Directors to assess risk, buildability, soil samples, project programming, construction methods, crane and lifting logistics, and strategies to optimize project delivery timelines.

Sector Focus: Data, Pharma, Food, Logistics & Distribution sectors, which are currently in high demand.

Candidate Profile: You will have direct access to shareholders and key decision-makers, with a role that values initiative and strategic thinking. You should be comfortable making decisions and contributing ideas without layers of bureaucracy.

Key Requirements:

  • Main or subcontractor experience in design or technical coordination within the UK
  • Design & Build project experience
  • Proficiency with IT and construction software systems
