We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building Solutions South team based in London/South.

Location: London/South
Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired

What will you be responsible for?

As a Preconstruction Manager, you'll support the Building Solutions South team in leading preconstruction activities and ensuring successful project mobilisation.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
• Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
• Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team
