Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to briefing and initial tender processes in collaboration with the BD, Design, and Build teams.
  2. Manage projects from pre-appointment through post-appointment, ensuring deliverables, programs, and deadlines are met.
  3. Lead and oversee meetings with clients during tender processes and manage supply chain tender activities.
  4. Analyze relevant documentation, develop Scope of Works, and advise on specifications and budgets.
  5. Produce and manage cost plans, identify suitable subcontractors, and prepare enquiry packages.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure technical compliance.
  7. Handle statutory and legal responsibilities, including building control and planning applications.
  8. Prepare bid documentation, including technical proposals, methodologies, and schedules.
  9. Present costs and proposals to clients and manage negotiations and post-submission queries.
  10. Manage contractual and legal documentation, including licenses and formal contract agreements.
  11. Conduct internal meetings to finalize contracts and ensure project documentation is properly filed and maintained.
  12. Assist in supply chain management activities and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
