Thornwood Design & Build Ltd in Epping, Essex, is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead Design & Build tenders, manage multiple opportunities and help secure high-quality projects across Healthcare, Education and Public Sector sectors. Based within 1 hour of CM16, you’ll drive commercial decisions and bid strategies for challenging live opportunities.

We're seeking a commercially minded construction professional from a Main Contractor background who can lead Design & Build tenders, manage multiple opportunities and help secure high-quality projects across the Healthcare, Education and Public Sector sectors.

What we're looking for:

• Experience within Healthcare, Education or Government projects
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and projects simultaneously
