Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland in Glasgow is seeking a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager to lead preconstruction activities across the Business Unit. Based in Glasgow, you will coordinate with senior stakeholders to drive opportunity management, resource planning and bid delivery.

You will ensure alignment with BAM's strategic objectives and oversee bid development from initial concept through to ready-to-bid packages, delivering value and robust risk management. This is a full-time, on-site role.
