Job Description:

We are representing a multi award-winning Construction and Development client who deliver private and affordable housing schemes across the Capital and Home Counties.

Based in West London, a privately owned business with an open and transparent approach to working with clients, they deliver residentially focused projects which are typically apartment-led and of RC frame, with some traditional build.

We have been mandated to secure a proven Pre Construction Manager who will:

• Manage and coordinate the pre-construction phase of residential schemes, from feasibility and tender through to project handover to the delivery team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, housing associations, developers, and local authorities throughout the pre-construction process.
• Lead coordination of architectural, structural, and M&E designs with a strong focus on residential layout optimisation, compliance with planning requirements, and value engineering.
• Identify, track, and manage risks and opportunities throughout the pre-construction period.
• Create and maintain realistic pre-construction and construction programmes, coordinating input from all disciplines.

Main Contracting or Housebuilding experience within a Design or Technical Management role would be well received. Exposure to full project life cycle is important.
