A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading name in the timber frame sector. We have worked with this well-established company for many years. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of project delivery - ensuring a seamless flow of technical information between clients and the design team.

As a Pre-Construction Manager you will:
  1. Act as the main technical point of contact for key clients and design professionals.
  2. Translate architect's drawings and client briefs into clear, accurate design instructions.
  3. Coordinate internal design and technical activities, including compliance with HSEQ and CDM regulations.
  4. Support project planning, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and well-informed.
  5. Monitor project specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency across all documentation.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Strong knowledge of timber frame construction and manufacturing processes.
  2. Solid experience in the construction industry, ideally within a technical or coordination role.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of design and detailing.
  4. A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
