Pre-Construction Lead

Job Description

Our Client is a widely respected main building contractor who is looking to recruit a Pre-Construction Lead to oversee their work winning team of bid managers/writers, estimators, and support staff. Projects range across the whole building sector and will include Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, and Educational projects for both public and private sector clients, ranging from £500k to £15m in value.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the work winning team of bid managers/writers, estimators, and support staff.
2. Manage preconstruction processes for various projects.
3. Develop bids and proposals for projects in the healthcare, retail, commercial, and educational sectors.

Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience of the preconstruction process.
2. Technical construction background, preferably in Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
3. Extensive knowledge of the North West construction market and key frameworks operating in this area.
