Job summary

Apleona UK in Reading is seeking a Pre-Con Estimator / Project Manager to join the APS Projects & Design Team. The role supports planning and delivery of office fit-outs and refurbishments across the UK, including London/Southeast regions.

The ideal candidate has estimating experience within commercial fit-out/construction, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to liaise with clients at all levels. A flexible, organised professional with driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Estimating experience within commercial fit-out/construction.
• Ability to implement estimating systems throughout pre-construction and delivery.
• Capable of managing a project financially from engagement to completion.
• Excellent client liaison and communication skills across levels.
• Strong planning, reporting and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts suite.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet programme and budget.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates, quotations and tender support for projects.
• Oversee financial management and control of contracts.
• Manage daily operations and project delivery.
• Lead the pre-construction process from engagement to completion.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders to meet client needs.
