Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join our HVAC team in Birmingham and surrounding areas. The role involves providing services related to ventilation, heating, chilled water systems, and domestic hot and cold-water systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform pre-use checks and maintenance on equipment.
2. Maintain calibration schedules and report due calibrations to the Compliance Coordinator.
3. Identify and address equipment defects, preventing use until repaired or replaced.
4. Attend customer site inductions, understanding scope of works, site rules, and safety procedures.
5. Conduct pre-start Site Risk Assessments and report unsafe conditions.
6. Implement pre-commissioning, flushing, and cleaning according to BSRIA BG 29/2021 and BG 50/2013 standards.

Required Skills
