Staff Nurse – Pre-Assessment

Brentwood Hospital | Pre-Assessment | Permanent contract | Full time | Includes weekend work

Up to £34,250.00 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:

• Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
• As the first point of contact, work with leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to their surgery.
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure patient care.
• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
• Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
