We are looking for a Clinical Leader for our hospital to help us build a healthier nation. You're registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With strong clinical leadership, you will lead a team to a shared vision, promoting innovation and sustainability. As a clinical leader, you will have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth and effective department is also essential.

As a Clinical Leader you will:

1. Ensure the efficient running of the Pre-Assessment Team
2. Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all members of the MDT, Consultants, and Patients
3. Be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong "can do" attitude that replicates your own desire to succeed
4. Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety
5. Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalized care
6. Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning, and delivery
7. Champion a supportive, enabling working culture promoting staff safety and education
