This is a part-time role responsible for the development of players in a specific age group.

Core Responsibilities

1. Planning and delivering high-quality, fun training sessions that are age-appropriate.
2. Connecting and communicating effectively with young players to create a positive and creative environment.
3. Aligning session design and outcomes with our Forest Green Rovers academy philosophy.
4. Identifying high-potential individuals and supporting their development within sessions.
5. Ensuring all activities comply with EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan) regulations and safeguarding standards.
6. Performing additional duties as reasonably requested by the Academy Lead Foundation Coach.
7. Adhering to the Club’s Safeguarding Policy at all times.
8. Promoting a safe and healthy environment for all players and staff.
9. Maintaining a professional image of the Club and oneself at all times.
10. Contributing to initiatives aimed at improving service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Supporting team members to develop and deliver effective services.
12. Seeking ways to update and improve personal skills, knowledge, and understanding relevant to the role.

About You

Knowledge, skills, and experience:
