Job Purpose

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser plays a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and driving sales through compelling product presentation and effective merchandising strategies. This position supports the Collection & Merchandising Strategy and builds strong relationships with licensees. Responsibilities include conducting competitor analyses, developing product presentations for Retail, Communication, and Training, and analyzing sales data to inform decisions.

The role involves meticulous sample management, contributing to collection briefs, defining product launch calendars, conducting assortment reviews, and assisting with price definition and mapping. It also includes organizing sales campaigns to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract basis for six months.

Responsibilities
  • Implement fit outs based on the timeline, following Visual Merchandising guidelines, and maintaining displays daily.
  • Make necessary adjustments based on store merchandising, sales, market peculiarities, and customer targets, sharing updates with the Visual Merchandising team.
  • Participate in store fit outs within the same city as required.
  • Update the Display APP with pictures of displays and shop windows after changes.
  • Collaborate with Retail Merchandising to implement fit outs that foster customer traffic and sales, selecting appropriate outfits based on stock, market, and season.
  • Provide product display guidelines to Store and Department Managers.
  • Send pictures of fit outs and changes to the Visual Merchandising team for review.
  • Provide feedback on the results of fit outs and the condition of store interiors and display elements.
  • Assist with fit outs for In-Store Events and collaborate with Communication and PR for press presentations.
  • Manage store props in cooperation with the Stock Manager.
  • Support private client appointments with appropriate displays.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury or premium brands, with the ability to create an elevated in-store experience.
  • Ability to interpret retail KPIs to inform strategies and drive sales.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Flexible working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail and keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating visual presentations.
  • Experience maintaining high visual standards and adapting to trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
