An international luxury brand in London is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining high standards across all locations. Responsibilities include monitoring facilities, coordinating with suppliers, and creating maintenance reports. JOB PURPOSE
Supports the Facilities Manager with the organizational coordination of company policies and procedures relating to facilities and maintenance. Ensures all activities are carried out in compliance with the image standards of Prada Group, and with the complete functionality of all locations across the region’s network, including points of sale and office sites. Monitors all works and ensures quality standards are delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Group’s directives, and with a view to economic results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Competence in creating and updating maintenance cycle reports
Ability to analyze site conditions and document findings
Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Ability to ensure facilities meet corporate image and operational standards
Understanding of maintenance tracking tools and reporting systems
Clear and effective communication
Strong organisational
