JOB PURPOSE
You are a passionate Brand Ambassador and business leader who conveys the brand’s philosophy and values to the store team and clients. You are responsible for departmental performance, supporting activities to meet targets, and ensuring excellence in client experience by leading on the sales floor and motivating your team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive your team to exceed sales targets and support overall store success.
- Assist in developing and implementing business plans based on performance analysis.
- Lead your team to meet KPIs and foster cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor, providing high-standard service.
- Promote omni-channel awareness and support digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Support e-commerce growth through timely order response and high service standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and share insights with relevant teams.
- Ensure attractive displays that maximize sales.
- Prioritize client needs, creating a welcoming environment and developing strong client relationships.
- Guarantee high client satisfaction through excellent service and the “Brand Selling Ceremony”.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients and support clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain positive relationships.
- Motivate the team, promote effective communication, and foster a positive environment.
- Encourage information exchange and conduct morning briefings.
- Master company tools and applications, keeping the team informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for talents within the team.
- Support the Store Manager in market research and team development.
- Lead by example, ensuring care and respect for the product and procedures.
- Support operational activities, including cash, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the Store Manager and relevant departments.
- Maintain effective back-of-house organization and staff grooming standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are proactively implemented across all departmental activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience in boutique environments, particularly in leather goods and accessories within luxury brands.
- Understanding of high-level customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM KPIs and clienteling concepts.
