Job Purpose

As a Prada Client Advisor, you will ensure an extraordinary luxury customer experience, placing the client at the center, understanding their needs, and building meaningful relationships. You will serve as a Brand Ambassador, conveying Prada's philosophy and values, and guiding clients through the brand experience.

You will be responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets, providing excellent service both in-store and online, and promoting the brand's image and products.

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment focused on customer needs, delivering exceptional service according to the "client journey".
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the store's success.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, including Prada’s history, culture, and DNA.
  • Use the CRM system to connect with clients, build relationships, and identify future opportunities.
  • Promote an omnichannel approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Handle client complaints effectively in coordination with management and customer service teams.
  • Operate with care and respect for products, adhering to operational procedures and security guidelines.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the luxury experience.
  • Conduct customer appointments in person or virtually.
  • Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure smooth store operations and stock management.
  • Follow company policies on operations, stock, security, and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience in luxury or premium brands.
  • Understanding of luxury customer service standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Teamwork and independent work capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
