A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a professional to join the Staff Psychology Service within their Clinical Health Psychology Department. Following a restructure of provision, we have a vacancy to join the Staff Psychology Service which forms part of the Clinical Health Psychology Department at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This position is to provide 0.8 WTE, working as part of a warm, supportive Staff Psychology team which includes a CBT therapist and Lead Clinical Psychologist. We are keen to meet people who share these values and are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.

There are regular opportunities to review your needs at work and we actively develop spaces for colleagues to connect through shared tasks and/or shared clinical interests. There is a budget for CPD and yearly appraisal with a linked development plan. You will have access to regular clinical supervision in line with recommendations for your stage of career development, as well as a range of formal and informal opportunities to support professional development such as our monthly in‑house CPD session and support to engage in relevant professional networks.
