Join our social network platform to support the development of our services. Working independently within the framework of service policies and procedures, you will collaborate with existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support future service development and ensure quality assurance.

Our clinical teams foster empowering environments where pupils can flourish, with a strong safeguarding culture. We ensure pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible.

Candidate Requirements

• Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
• Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
• Strategic leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with key partners
• Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills
• Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
• Significant post-qualification experience with adults
• Experience in lecturing, teaching, or training
• Valid UK driving license and access to a car
• Data management skills for service delivery, development, and projects
