Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £70,000 (pro rata, DOE) plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £1,500 after one month and another of £1,500 after your final probation period. T&C's apply)
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only (full-time possible if preferred, please contact us; part-time considered)
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
We’re looking for a Practitioner Psychologist to support the development of our clinical service, working closely with the Lead Clinician to develop neurodiversity-affirming and intersectionality-aware therapeutic support.
This role offers variety and the chance to shape a service that makes a real difference through holistic, therapeutic approaches.
About the role
We are expanding our clinical service and seek a Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Team. The successful candidate will deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils, contribute to staff training, and support reflective practice. This position is suitable for resilient, enthusiastic individuals with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and the ability to manage their workload effectively.
