Change Grow Live seeks a Practitioner Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team in London. This position offers a unique opportunity for career progression with comprehensive support through a preceptorship program, emphasizing psychological well-being and evidence-based practices. Ideal candidates are newly qualified Psychologists or those at the 8a level looking for further development.
Service Based – Practitioner Psychologist
Based in a local delivery hub
Change Grow Live Salary Scale – Scale points 40-46 (£44,471.72 - £51,101.96) or 47 – 54 (£52,221.35 - £60,105.53) depending on experience
This role provides an exciting progression opportunity for either a Newly Qualified HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist following completion of a preceptorship process or as an opportunity for career progression for current 8a level Practitioner Psychologists. It will enable you to further develop your skills, taking supported first steps as a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist, and with ongoing opportunities for professional development.

*please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

An opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Practitioner Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive assessment, formulation, and recovery-focused interventions to our service users.
Under the supervision of a senior registered Psychologist, you will be part of our national Psychology Team with opportunities for reflective practice, peer support, research, and CPD.
If recently qualified, you will be supported to complete our preceptorship programme over a maximum period of two years, with the chance to progress within your role upon successful completion, moving into a Highly Qualified Practitioner Psychologist position.
You will ensure that service users receive high-quality care adhering to best practice and evidence-based guidelines, improving their psychological well-being.
Our model emphasizes physical, psychological, and emotional safety, helping individuals rebuild a sense of control and empowerment. The post holder will work to ensure psychological perspectives are central to our approach, supporting teams and individuals to increase knowledge, skills, and confidence around service users' needs. They will also contribute to creating an innovative, trauma-informed service aligned with evidence-based practices.
