A leading educational organization is seeking a Practitioner Psychologist to provide specialist assessments and interventions at Meadowcroft School. You will work with pupils aged 5-19, many of whom have experienced developmental trauma. The role offers a competitive salary up to £65,000 plus bonus and flexible working arrangements. Ideal candidates will hold a doctoral qualification in Psychology and be HCPC registered.

Salary: Up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE) + £3,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Part-time considered)
Contract: Permanent | Term-time only or full-time flexibility available

We\'re seeking an experienced and motivated Practitioner Psychologist to join the school\'s dedicated multidisciplinary clinical team. As a Practitioner Psychologist, you\'ll work closely with the education team to provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention to pupils aged 5-19. Many of the young people have experienced developmental trauma, are neurodivergent, or have social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You\'ll manage your own caseload with the support of a clinical supervisor and site lead, contributing to individual therapy plans, staff training, consultation, and school-wide development initiatives.
