How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four?

Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Up to £70,000 (pro rata, DOE) plus £3000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of £1,500 after one month and another of £1,500 upon completion of final probation. T&C's Apply)
  • Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only (full-time possible if preferred, please contact us. Part-time considered)

We’re looking for a Practitioner Psychologist to support the development of our clinical service, working closely with the Lead Clinician to develop neurodiversity- and intersectionality-affirming therapeutic support.

This role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact on service development and transformation.

About the role

As part of our expanding clinical service, you will join our Clinical Team to deliver bespoke assessments and interventions for pupils. You will hold a caseload with the support of our experienced team, contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, therapeutic skills, decision-making ability, and workload management.

Our Clinical Team fosters a nurturing environment where pupils can thrive. We prioritize safeguarding, listening to pupils, respecting them, and involving them in decisions affecting them whenever possible.

We aim for excellence in supporting vulnerable young people across the UK, building futures and empowering them to succeed.
