A fantastic opportunity for a clinical/ counselling psychologist to join a thriving Clinical Health Psychology Service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative adaptable clinical/counselling/health practitioner psychologist keen to develop experience, knowledge and skills in working in paediatric medical specialities contributing to the care provided by multidisciplinary specialist services including paediatric metabolic and gastroenterology teams.

Main duties of the jobTo provide psychological services including assessment, formulation and implementation of psychological interventions for children/young people and their families within paediatric metabolic and gastroenterology teams.
Deliver these services in ward-based and out-patient settings as needed.
Provision of psychological advice, consultation, training, and support for other professionals working across this care pathway as assigned by the Specialist Clinical Psychologist, Cluster Lead or Head of Services
Support with development and evaluation of the service.
