Following significant investment into Children and Young People Services, we have further resourced our teams and enhanced our services for children in need of care and support.
We now have a dedicated Intake Team able to respond effectively at the first point of contact. We have increased our Practitioner Manager capacity in this team to three posts and are now recruiting one of those roles to complete our permanent management team.
We are also developing our services to support our bespoke strength-based approach ‘Building on Strengths’. This approach recognises the expertise of our children, families, and workers, and puts relationships at the heart of everything we do.
Joining our expanded service, you will be part of an Authority that is resourceful and resilient, committed to improvement and keen to embrace new ideas. Building on widely acknowledged strengths, you will be supported by an able and committed team who have a proven capacity for good service delivery.
You can expect warmth and high levels of support from a committed workforce and an Authority where wellbeing and development are central to our work.
