About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced practitioner manager who can demonstrate extensive knowledge of working within Adult Social Care and who has experience of working in different projects and partnership working with other professionals. The team works closely with different professionals including commissioning, voluntary agencies and other third sector organizations within the borough, so it is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to teamwork and build successful partnerships.
Transformation Team have dedicated qualified social workers who work as part of the direct payment team, and we also have some dedicated staffs working on other projects that arises with ASC. We are looking for someone with experience of working in direct payment project and supporting staff to promote direct payment in the service we provide.
In addition, the Practitioner Manager will need to manage and support staffs working on different projects within Adult Social Care and to implement local and national policies.
The post holder must be pro-active in promoting anti-discriminatory practices and supporting council policy.
