Practitioner (Clinical or Counselling) Psychologist: Band 7-8a development post, Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team), 0.5WTE
This is an exciting opportunity for a recently or soon to be qualified clinical or counselling psychologist to undertake a band 7-8a preceptorship role in CWPT. This development post will be based with the North Warwickshire CRHTT in Nuneaton.

Working as a psychologist in CRHTT is a fantastic use of a psychologist's skills and no 2 days are the same. If you are interested in working at different levels of systems, providing direct clinical work as well as consultation, supervision, and getting involved in new initiatives to improve service user experience, then please call us to talk further. We do not have targets for contacts, we do not have waiting lists, and we work closely with our MDT colleagues. Practitioner Psychologists are an integral part of the team, engaging in co-production with staff, as well as people who use our service. We are particularly keen to hear from those people who have a strong recovery ethos, and/or who have experience of and a passion for working in crisis settings, and who are keen to collaborate at all levels of the system.

This psychological role will allow you to use the full range of your skills as a Psychologist, including formulation, direct clinical work, supervision, training, research, and consultation, and will require excellent communication skills, working as a key part of the MDT, and supporting the work of the team to achieve the highest standards of crisis care in line with the latest evidence. This role will be essential in supporting psychologically-informed ways of working in the CRHTT, working in close liaison with the Principal and Consultant Clinical Psychologists for CRHTT and Urgent Care more widely.
