A healthcare facility in Telford is seeking a proactive Practice Systems Co-ordinator to provide high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting, strong attention to detail, and excellent IT and communication skills. This role involves supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to service delivery excellence. Flexible hours between 20 and 30 per week are required, with on-the-job training provided.

Candidates should haveexperience of working in an administration environment, ideally within ahealthcare setting, although consideration will be given to those wheretransferrable skills can be demonstrated.
This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of thepractice, ensuring high standards of service delivery and patient care.
We are looking for someone to work between 20 and 30 hours perweek and has the flexibility to provide some cover between 7.45am and 6pm.
The post-holder will also be required to provide cover within thereception team as directed by the management team. Full training on this will be provided.
Responsiblefor a wide range of administrative duties
Supportdata quality initiatives, recall systems, audits, Quality and OutcomesFramework and enhanced service reporting
Submitmonthly and quarterly reports to relevant NHS organisations for payment
Provideadministrative support to the GP Partners
Contributeto the continuous improvement of administrative processes and practiceefficiency
Act as afirst point of contact for technical issues and liaise with IT supportproviders as needed
Ensurepractice policy and standards compliance
Weare a dedicated friendly innovative training practice with a compliment ofhealthcare professionals: 6 GP Partners and 1 ANP Partner, 5 salaried GPs, 1Registrar, 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associateand 1 HCA working alongside our reception and administrative teams.

Confidencewith data reporting, spreadsheets and troubleshooting
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team
Previousexperience in a primary care or NHS setting
Knowledgeof EMIS Web
Knowledgeof QOF, enhanced services and clinical coding
