Practice Supervisor - Multispecialty - Brooklyn- Day

As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services. You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial and quality of the practice. Schedule

This is a Full time position. You must be flexible with the schedule based on Practice needs to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays if needed, with a varied schedule of 8:00AM to 6:00PM (hours can be longer). Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred Criteria:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of EMR EPIC, Insurance, and authorizations

Required Criteria:

  • Associate\'s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years\' work experience
