An integrated care system in Nottingham is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Administrator committed to delivering excellent patient care. The role involves managing reception duties, administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service in a busy healthcare environment. Candidates should possess relevant healthcare experience, GCSE qualifications, and familiarity with the SystmOne system, along with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Welbeck Surgery is now looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. The available hours are full time (37.5), or this can be split into two part-time jobs. Flexibility with hours/days is possible.
This is an extremely busy role which requires hard work, the ability to multi-task, and a good sense of humour. You will need to be able to deal with multiple demands on your time, prioritize effectively, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. Previous relevant experience is desirable but full training will be provided.
