Duties will include (but not be limited to):
HR Functions
Induction of new starters
Carry out performance reviews
Holiday/sickness/maternity leave management
Disciplinary hearings
Note-taking at formal meetings
Pensions administration
Recruitment
Assistance to the Marketing Director and Partners
Manage social media account updates (Twitter, Facebook)
Assist with the production of the company newsletter
Press release writing
Advertising materials
Available to help senior management with booking meeting rooms, diaries, travel, etc.
Facilities Management
Oversee reception and credit control functions and ensure their admin duties are completed (stationery ordered, etc.)
Diary management
General admin assistance on an ad-hoc basis
Coordinating the Onboarding Process of New Clients
Carry out money laundering and fraud checks on clients
Perform ID and clearance checks
Draft letters to new clients
Ad-hoc administration around each client’s individual needs
