Job Description:
The Role

The purpose of this role is to work as part of a highly skilled, collaborative team and support the delivery of legal tech services to the firm, focusing on technology and knowledge initiatives. You will help streamline document creation processes and improve efficiency across the firm. Reporting to the Product team for the Practice of Law, you will support and develop various products.

This role suits a candidate passionate about technology, eager to support a wide range of legal tech tools. We seek someone willing to experiment with technology, proactively solve technical challenges, and continuously learn and upskill.

Responsibilities
  • Support knowledge and technology transformation by collaborating with lawyers, knowledge lawyers, and the wider business to enhance client experience through improved efficiency.
  • Maintain and improve document automation initiatives using Contract Express, conduct testing, and troubleshoot.
  • Assist with complex data solutions, including creating HighQ Collaborate data rooms and supporting e-bundling with Bundledocs.
  • Update SharePoint intranet pages, create new content pages, and develop solutions for knowledge management.
  • Contribute to emerging technology initiatives, including AI use cases.
  • Provide administration support for systems like Contract Express, HighQ, DocuSign, Bundledocs, and SharePoint, ensuring governance and support.
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems and procedures, supporting knowledge management and legal tech projects.
