The Practice Prospect House is looking for a Practice Nurse for 20.63 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

• Assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. Collaborating with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
• Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
