Practice Nurse Sheffield Maternity Cover 12 months
Dream Medical are working with a GP surgery in recruiting a locum Practice Nurse.

The Practice are looking for Part time hours (24hrs) to cover maternity leave. The Practice are flexible on the days of cover and the contract will run for 12 months.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

1. General practice nursing
2. Chronic disease management
3. Childhood immunisations
4. Cytology
5. Travel immunisations
6. Ear care
7. Minor illness
8. Long Term Conditions

Any additional skills are also desirable however are not essential and would be beneficial to your application.
